Tour our plant in West Java, Indonesia
High-quality raw garlic is secured by our team and brought directly to our new, state-of-the-art processing facility in the Shandong Province of China. Our vertically integrated plant manages the complete supply chain, from washing, sorting, gentle air-drying and milling. Our on-site quality control lab performs routine microbiological, chemical, physical and allergen testing, ensuring product safety and quality at every point.
Pepper
We don’t take the term “black gold,” lightly. With a farm level sourcing network managed in-origin by our pepper experts and two estates in Vietnam and Brazil, we can ensure supply quality and product security from field to factory.

Black Pepper
The most traded spice in the world, black pepper is the dried fruit of the pepper plant and is used to flavor a variety of applications. The unripe berries of the pepper plant are picked when turning yellow and immediately dried after harvest with the skin on. As it dries, enzymes in the berries cause the skin to turn black and wrinkly.
White Pepper
A milder form of pepper, with a lightly fermented aroma and taste, white pepper is grown on the same vine as black pepper. However, white pepper differs because it is made from peppercorns that are picked ripe and processed to remove the outer skin, leaving behind a smooth white finish on the berry. White pepper tastes bright and sharp and slightly more herbaceous than black pepper.

Paprika
A low-heat pepper that is a great vehicle for adding red color to sauces, soups, stews and salad dressings. Our proprietary paprika seeds are grown in the Southwestern US by farmer partners who have been working with us for decades. Once harvested, the chiles are brought to our processing facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico for cleaning, washing, drying and grinding.
Chili pepper
Chili peppers have been used in many different cuisines around the world for centuries, to provide a light, mild heat. Our chili pepper products are prepared from fresh peppers that were grown in the Southwestern US and dehydrated, milled to desired particle size, blended and processed at our facility in Las Cruces, NM to achieve desired pungency, color, and flavor.
Chili Powder
Made from one or more of our chili pepper types, combined with salt and spices. This product works well in Mexican dishes varying from chili con carne to enchiladas with red sauce and as a seasoning or natural coloring additive in savory sausages, hearty chilis, long simmering stews, spicy breadings and colorful egg dishes. Our dried chili powder is sure to mildly heat up any application.
Red Chili
High heat with a touch of fruitiness, this chili can be used to bring bold spice to Southern, Caribbean, Mexican, South American and Indian cuisines or mixed with vinegar to create a liquid hot sauce. Grown and processed in Indonesia, this chili is also available in a crushed format. These vibrant flakes with seeds add punch to your applications both visually and from a flavor standpoint.

Turmeric
Turmeric has been heavily embraced by the wellness community, where it is used as an ingredient in beverages and protein bars. It offers an earthy flavor that works well in spice mixtures of Indian or Malaysian origin. Our turmeric is cultivated by our growers, in partnership with our crop supervisors and processed at our factory in Kochi, India by our team of manufacturing experts.
Cumin
Often used in Indian, Middle Eastern and Mexican cuisines, cumin provides a savory, pungent flavor that is essential to curries and tacos. Our cumin seeds come from the flowers of plants that belong to the parsley family, that are grown in India. Our manufacturing experts clean, dry, grind and pack the spice at our processing facility in Kochi, India.
Coriander
Grown and processed in India, this subtle, earthy seed spice works well in Indian, Latin American and Middle Eastern cuisines. Dried coriander has a mild, versatile flavor, making it the perfect ingredient in rubs for chicken and lamb or in spicy chilis, savory soups and hearty stews. It can also offer a spicy, woody kick in stir-fry or salad dressings.
Fennel
Fennel adds a fresh, strong licorice flavor with a sweetness that complements a number of applications including baked goods and savory dishes. Grown and processed in India, this spice works well in Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Scandinavian cuisines.
Cinnamon
Also called “cassia,” this spice is the backbone of sweet baked goods and an essential accent to savory dishes and beverages. We secure our cinnamon from the inner bark of trees grown in Vietnam and Indonesia, then process the bark at our facility in Vietnam.
Ginger
Ginger offers a bright citrus flavor with a gentle heat, making it a great addition to desserts, baked goods and beverage preparations, such as health drinks, as well as a variety of ethnic cuisines. We source our ginger from Nigeria and then we process the root into a powder at our manufacturing facility in Vietnam, where it is packed and shipped to our customers worldwide.
Nutmeg
Grown in Indonesia on an evergreen tree and processed in Vietnam, our nutmeg rounds out the flavor of desserts and savory dishes. With warm and bitter flavor notes, this spice works well in Dutch, Italian and Caribbean cuisines.

Tomatillos
Native to Mexico, tomatillos are a fruit that actually isn’t a “green tomato,” as they’re called in Spanish. It has a distinct, intense, sour flavor and is an essential ingredient in Mexican cuisine.
